General conditions for commissions

You are purchasing a digital file in .png or .jpg file, not a printed ArtworkI have the permission to refuse a commission.All prices are in EURO €.I have the right to add the commissions to my online portfolio and stream them. In the event that the commission should be secret and can only be posted on a certain date, this must be communicated with me and may lead to an additional charge.After completion of the image, changes are only possible to a limited extent and may lead to additional costs, especially for major adjustments.There will be a small watermark signature on commissions such as full artworks. This will not be done on emotes, badges or zoomie face profile pictures.You can not claim it as your own art, give credit where credit is due.If there are delays for any reason, I will do my best to communicate this in the best possible way.Once you have placed the order, you can no longer cancel it.

As an artist, I value diversity and individuality in art. Nevertheless, there are some boundaries and areas that I do not cover in my work. Please note that I cannot accept commissions for the following content:

Commercial Use

If you would like to use the drawing you have received for commercial purposes, you will need to purchase a licence. You will find an add-on "Commercial Use" on the commission page. If you select this, you will also receive the licence for the image and can then use it to use the designs for merchandise!If you have any questions, just contact Jirby!

Allgemeine Bedingungen für Commissions

Du bestellst ein digitales Produkt und erhältst eine .png oder .jpg Datei und kein gedrucktes ArtworkIch habe das Recht eine Commission abzulehnen.Alle Preise sind in EURO € angegeben.Ich habe das Recht die Commissions in mein online Portfolio rein zu packen und zu streamen. Für den Fall das die Commission geheim sein soll und erst an einem bestimmten Datum gepostet werden kann muss dies mit mir kommuniziert werden und kann gegebenenfalls zu einem Aufpreis führen.Nach Fertigstellung des Bildes sind Änderungen nur eingeschränkt möglich und können zu zusätzlichen Kosten führen, insbesondere bei größeren Anpassungen.Auf den Commissions wie z.B. Full Artworks wird es eine kleine Wasserzeichen-Unterschrift geben . dies wird nicht bei Emotes, Badges oder Zoomie Face Profilbildern gemach.Du kannst die Kunst nicht als deine eigene Kunst beanspruchen, sondern musst es als solche anerkennen und credit geben.Falls es aus bestimmten Gründen zu Verzögerungen kommt, werde ich mein Bestes tun, dies bestmöglich zu kommunizieren.Wenn du den Auftrag aufgegeben hast kannst du ihn nicht mehr stornieren.

Als Künstler schätze ich die Vielfalt und Individualität in der Kunst. Dennoch gibt es einige Grenzen und Bereiche, die ich in meiner Arbeit nicht abdecke. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich keine Aufträge für folgende Inhalte annehmen kann:

Kommerzieller Nutzen

Wenn du deine erhaltene Zeichnung für kommerziellen Nutzen haben möchtest, musst du eine Lizenz dafür kaufen. Dafür findest du auf der Commission-Page ein Add-On "Commercial Use". Wenn du das auswähst erhältst du zusätzlich die Lizenz zu dem Bild und kannst diese dann nutzen um die Designs für Merchandise zu benutzen!Bei Fragen wende dich einfach an Jirby!
